ASSIGNORS:

NEW ASSIGNOR POLICY FOR 2012:  This year the ISRC is enacting a new policy for assignors.  All Assignor's will be required to have:

  1. Documentation from an Officer of the League that you assign verifying that you assign games for that affiliated League,
  2. Signed statement (by Assignor) affirming that no family members, friends, or colleagues will have direct access to ISRC referee information or have indirect access to referee information derived from the ISRC referee data provided to Assignors, and
  3. Background Check for 2012 if needed (see below).

Effective 2011, Recertifying Assignors will not be required to take a Recert Assignor Clinic/Meeting unless you are assigning IYSA sanctioned tournaments, then it is MANDATORY.  

TOURNAMENT ASSIGNORS:  As part of the tournament sanctioning process, IYSA requires that its Tournament Directors and Tournament Referee Assignors attend a mandatory meeting.  Meeting to be conducted on Saturday, March 10, 2011 - 9:00 a.m. - IYSA EXPO - Schaumburg Sports Center, 1141 W. Irving Park Rd., Schaumburg, IL (Lower Level, Observation Room).

TOURNAMENT ASSIGNORS-Central/Southern IL:  A meeting will be conducted in Southern Illinois on January 14, 2012.  Location will be 2346 Mascoutah, Belleville, IL.  Assignors meeting will be from 10:00-12:00 noon, and Directors' meeting will be from 1:00-3:00 p.m.  Any questions, you may contact Dan Lusicic.

BACKGROUND CHECK:  If your last Background Check was in 2010, you will need another one for 2012!  If you are unsure, call the Office or check your 'patch' letter.  Background Check field listed with other clinic information at top of letter.  If no date is listed, or the date is for 2010, you need a Background Check!  Please complete after Nov. 1, 2011

ALL Referee Grades 7, 6, and 5 (Annual Requirements):

MUST have annual Maintenance Assessment and Fitness Test (FT) to maintain your grade level.

  • Fitness Tests may be found under the CLINICS BAR at the top, then Clinic Schedule to the left.
